Nancy’s 35 years as an experienced REALTOR, and consistent successes have earned her lifetime membership in the ARA TOP PRODUCER-MILLION DOLLAR CLUB, a 2 time recipient of the Integrity Award in 2000 and again in 2018 from her previous firms and many great testimonials from her clients over the years. In 2023 Nancy was awarded the Phoenix Award which is given in recognition by The Atlanta REALTORS Association for longevity and consistent performance. She has successfully assisted hundreds of buyers, sellers, investors and tenants achieve their goals in all neighborhoods in Atlanta and the surrounding areas. She focuses most of her time working in the Intown Areas- East Atlanta, Grant Park, Kirkwood, Edgewood, Cabbagetown, Reynoldstown, Candler Park Decatur, Virginia Highland, Toco Hills but also works in Tucker, Lilburn, Johns Creek, Alpharetta and Duluth… she will go where you need her!!

She came to Homestead ( after many years with one company ) in January of 2020 right when Covid hit to come back to the “roots” of the Boutique Company Intown. She brings to Homestead her passion for real estate and continues to be hands on with all of her clients, and give them the personal quality service that she has been doing for over 3 decades. Being an investor herself over the years she has a knack of finding great deals for her investors/buyers and knows how to get homes ready after closing to have them go into the rental pool. She goes full circle with many of her clients, from tenant’s, to buyers to sellers!!

She is actively involved in the Jewish Community, Habitat for Humanity and other several community events that happen in the Intown area. Her favorite is the Inman Park Festival ( since the office is located there next to the Trolley Barn) that happens every spring. Her other favorite festival is the East Atlanta Strut that happens every September, that is the neighborhood she started working in over 35 years ago!! Nancy enjoys spending time in her garden, going to estate sales, vacationing at the beach, music/ concerts ( she once was a back up singer in a band in the late 70’s-) and spending time with her family and friends. She and her significant other Gary are avid sports fans, she is a native of Michigan so she loves the Wolverines and the Lions, and also has a divided household GaTech ( Gary) and the Dawgs, Falcons and the Braves. She loves being “Nanny” to her 3 grandchildren who all live not far from her.
