Judy Kuniansky is a third generation Realtor in Atlanta. Her Grandmother built homes in Morningside, her father, Milton Kuniansky built homes primarily in Atlanta and Decatur. During high school at Druid Hills, Judy was a part time receptionist at Milton Kuniansky Real Estate with her mother, Davee Kuniansky Broker and Agent and her dad, Broker. Judy has been a licensed Realtor since 1982.
An Atlanta native, Judy has seen neighborhoods grow and expand into areas of great activity and interest. The Beltline has changed the city and opened up new areas of interest, of renovation and changing property values. Judy works all over the city and has represented Sellers and Buyers in all the hot areas of Atlanta plus Chattahoochee Hills, Lilburn and Lake Lanier. Judy has three sons living in Atlanta. She has a rescue white German Shepard named Luna and is grandmother a handsome canine rescue Eli, and Hendrix, a dog who came to visit and stayed. She is a graduate of the SE Center for the Arts in Photography, and her art has won awards and is in several collections around the world.
Judy is active with The Atlanta Board of Realtors Community Service Task Force, Hosea Feed the Hungry, YIMBY, Habitat for Humanity, The Special Olympics and volunteers with Erica Wright in the Hygiene project as well as giving her time to neighborhood organizations.
Judy has been an active parent at her sons’ school for over 20 years. She is a long-time member of the Jewish Community going back generations.
Her hobbies include photography, gardening, birding, backroad auto trips, the arts, travel and listening.
