Ashlee Heath

Ashlee Heath, Sales Consultant

Even as a child, Atlanta homes and neighborhoods fascinated Ashlee. Growing up two hours southeast in Augusta, her family often made the trip to Atlanta on weekends for her brother’s soccer tournaments. To keep her entertained, her parents would drive her around various neighborhoods so she could “ooh and ah” at the homes both grand and quaint. Not surprisingly, after graduating from the University of Georgia, Ashlee made Atlanta her home.

After spending years making a name for herself in global account sales for a Fortune 100 IT company, she decided to take the consultative, customer service oriented skill set she had developed and build a real estate career on it. Whether representing a buyer or a seller, protecting her client’s interests throughout contract negotiations is not only the most important aspect of her job; it is also her favorite. This customer-centric focus coupled with a background in interior decorating and home staging also uniquely qualifies Ashlee to help buyers envision a property’s potential, as well as collaborate with sellers to showcase a property’s best assets; therefore, facilitating a more expedient sale.

Ashlee resides in Poncey-Highland directly on the Beltline bordering Old Fourth Ward and Inman Park. You can often find her and her goldendoodle Otto in Historic Old Fourth Ward Park. Ashlee is also an accomplished actress. You may have seen her as Owen Wilson’s sister in the 2013 film “The Internship”, or as the quirky spokesperson for SeaPak Shrimp and Seafood Company. You can also find her on CBS’s “MacGyver” and “The Inspectors”, AMC’s “Halt and Catch Fire” and Tyler Perry’s “The Haves and Have Nots”, as well as performing sketch comedy and other live theater around town. Ashlee is featured as a Real Estate Advisor in an Episode of HGTV’s “House Hunters Renovation” that premiered October 19, 2019.
