Ian Calabria

Ian Calabria brings over eight years of real estate experience and a no-nonsense approach to serving clients across Metro Atlanta. While his family roots in Georgia go back generations, Ian launched his real estate career in Asheville, North Carolina, before relocating to Atlanta full-time in 2017. He has since made Decatur his home base and frequently works throughout Midtown, Virginia-Highland, and Morningside, while also enjoying opportunities in growing communities like Tucker and Cartersville.

Before real estate, Ian built his work ethic through a variety of hands-on roles. From apartment maintenance and country clubs to restaurants. He has a deep appreciation for how properties function and what truly adds value. His diverse background, paired with a lifelong curiosity that once drew him toward careers in law, politics, and psychology, allows him to wear many hats for his clients. Today, Ian specializes in listing properties and land development, offering sellers a high level, fully transparent experience while continuing to support buyers when the right opportunity arises.

Known for his honest, straightforward style, Ian prides himself on cutting through the noise and delivering clear, truthful guidance, no fluff, no pressure. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and exploring nature, reading, cooking, and playing basketball. He’s often joined on his adventures by his loyal German Shepherd Malinois, Coco, who is well known to accompany him whenever possible.
