There are lots of reasons why people are either by themselves on Christmas or without good food to eat - work, family complications, job loss, geography, health, economics, etc. But no one should go without great food and great people to share Christmas with! So this Christmas, for the fourth year in a row, we'll be hosting our Christmas Community Feast - a collaborative meal made possible by some neighbors volunteering to bring cooked dishes, some neighbors volunteering to serve, some neighbors volunteering to eat with others, and some neighbors for all three. This meaningful and memorable event only happens because wonderful people like you help out and show up. Here are ways you can be a part of this incredibly beautiful experience: 1. Help get the word out to neighbors, friends, and co-workers. Everyone is welcome. 2. If you would like to sign up to bring or drop off food or serving items, email Nathan Dean atNathan@EdgewoodChurchAtlanta.org. The targeted drop-off time is between 12:00 and 12:30 on Christmas Day. But other arrangements can be made beforehand. 3. If you would like to come and help set up, serve and greet people, please arrive at 12:00.
